WAMP - the Hungarian Design Market

at Erzsébet tér (former bus station)
 On 2nd September starting at 11 am the usual Sunday design market, WAMP is on in the centre of Budapest, on the pathway between the Basilica and Váci utca, located in the middle of a beautiful park at the former bus station. As usual WAMP offers entertaining programs along the design market.
This time the famous Cow Parade will march in on the promenade and a special WAMP cow will be decorated on the spot.
Programme:
11.00-20.00. The WAMP cow will be decorated live on the scene!
14.00-18.00 Lushlife Lounge session, Dj konrad & Tomee
11.00- 15.00 creative corner for children
 For those visiting the market for the first time: this outdoor Hungarian Design Market, the WAMP is a popular Sunday event both among artists and visitors; more than 100 artists present to sell their products of design goods to those, who turn up to find unique, high quality design products from Hungarian designers. The WAMP follows the example of the London and New York markets and has as main objective to establish a regular forum for design and applied art products.
 A wide range of design objects, such as jewellery, textiles, ceramics, glassware, children's toys and games, cake design are present. The market has a broad selection of goods and is a perfect place to fetch some special souveniers.
