Dutch - Hungarian design festival

„NL-No Limit” is the motto of the 3 day WAMP dutch-hungarian design festival organised in the framework of the LOW dutch-flemish cultural festival.
Reasons why you should not miss the festival:
The greatest WAMP fair ever
20 Dutch designers will personally come to Budapest to join the other 60 Hungarian designers of the WAMP design fair and will sell their products on the three day WAMP fair. You will be able to find a large scale of products from ratshaped necklace to design cakes. Read more >>
...Exhibitions, lectures of famous designers
The Salone del Mobile is the most important exhibition in Europe when it comes to furniture, industrial design and lightning. The new dutch design – via milano will exhibit the most talked about Dutch interior design products in the Gödör Klub for three weeks. Every object from the ear shaped chair to love dome has a story. The Golde Age of Graphic Design is the other exhibition arriving from the Netherlands, showing the highlights of dutch graphic design. During the festival a fashion and photo exhibition is also to see.
Some famous dutch designers, Gijs Bakker, Ineke Hans, Richard Hutten, will personally join the festival and will give a lecture to all interested at 4 p.m. on Friday.
...WAMP Party and fashion show
You can meet djs from all different styles on Friday on the WAMP party, while Saturday and Sunday are the days for fashion shows. On Saturday you will be able to see the new spring collection by MEXX. Six internationally know young Hungarian fashion designers will show their new collections on the catwalk on Sunday at 8 pm. The fashion show is organised in the framework of the movement initiated by WAMP and Marie Claire „wear Hungarian designers’ clothes’. Designers: USE, Je Suis Belle, Nanushka, Konsánszky Dóra, Aan Tuan and Artista.
